The Orange City Nagpur

Nagpur is a heart of India. It is situated in Vidarbha area of the state of Maharashtra. . It is the third largest city in Maharashtra after Mumbai and Pune. India's famous Zero Mile Monuments is located in Nagpur, showing that it is the center point of India from all directions. Nagpur city is well known throughout the world for its juicy and ripe Oranges, so it earned the nickname of 'The Orange City'. It has attracted many tourists from around the globe because of its magnetic beauty.

Nagpur City was established by Bhakt Buland Shah, the Gond King of Deogarh in 1702. The name of the city came from the river Nag. The Nagpurians is admired for their attitude of staying calm whenever there are in conflict with the rest of the Indian cities. The biggest hollow sputa called Deekshabhoomi is in the city. It is one of the most significant places in the Buddhist Movement.
